6. Orders

  • You will receive an acknowledgement email after placing an order.

  • This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

7. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure payment provider (Stripe). We do not dispatch goods until payment has been received.

8. Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk passes to you upon delivery.

  • Ownership of goods passes once full payment has been received.

9. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To cancel, you must notify us by email at info@brickfayre.co.uk.

You must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using a tracked service

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

10. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We will cover reasonable return costs for faulty items.
