Returns & Refunds policy

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how to return items purchased from Brick Fayre Limited.

2. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at:

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

3. Returns Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • You must include proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation)

We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Original delivery costs will be refunded (standard delivery only)

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of return.

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.

Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to:

  • A full refund

  • A replacement

  • A repair (if applicable)

We will cover reasonable return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
